LEZ Approved Filters
Vortex PUREFLO filter systems have been tested and certified worldwide by our filter partner Puritech. All of their systems have been in continuous operation for many years and have so far accumulated many thousands of operating hours and mileages of many hundreds of thousands of miles. All filter systems are tested and inspected individually according to the appropriate exhaust and sound test procedures. This is carried out by independent testing institutes as well as well known manufacturers.

The Technology we use:
- Is approved worldwide by TfL, VERT, TUV, CARB, RDW, etc.
- Reduces toxic NO2 and even NOx emission in urban areas
- Nearly eliminates Diesel particles (>99%) and oxidises simultaneously HC and CO.
Vortex Exhaust Technology design, manufacture and develop exhaust systems and after-treatment devices. Our head office in Grays, Essex, just off the M25, is ideally situated to carry out all types of work related to the London LEZ, be it Light commercial or Heavy Duty. In addition there are other Vortex installation centres across the UK for fitting our DPF programme.
